Bella Update!!

After a couple days of our internet being down, I'm finally able to update everyone on how Isabella is doing. On the 16th, she went for her 6 month well visit (I know, 6 months already). She weighed in at 20lbs and is 28 1/2 inches long. She is the size of a one year old. Her doctor said she is off the charts when it comes to her length and she is in the 97% in weight. She has made it very difficult for mommy to find any clothes that fit her right. At the end of last summer I had bought her a bunch of cute clothes for our vacation to South Carolina in July. They are all 12-18 months. Needless to say, they could probably fit her now, and I'm just praying that she will be able to fit into them in July!!

Still no teeth have come in and she's not yet crawling. She's loving the fact that she can sit up though. She is starting to wave and she definately knows how to throw a tantrum!! I'm not sure who she gets that from...LOL! I'll definately have more pictures to post soon. Also, Bella will be going on her first vacation in 2 weeks and 3 days. We will be heading out to Phoenix to see Aunt Donna and Uncle Jim. We are all very excited for some sunshine, warm weather, and relaxation!!

Weight loss update: I have lost 4lbs so far!! I'm working on making it more but it's tough!!

Happy 6 Month Birthday Bella!!

It's hard to believe that Isabella turned 6 months old yesterday! Time goes by way too quickly. All she wants to do now is sit up to play. She's not crawling yet but she tries. She hasn't gotten the strength to push herself up to go. Jason and I laugh because she can make herself go around in circles. Isabella still hasn't gotten a tooth yet. I'm sure one will be popping through soon. She constantly drools and sticks out her tongue, as if she can feel the little bump.

This last week has been a little rough on us. Bella has had another ear infection (her second in just over a month). She's been cranky, fussy, and hasn't wanted to sleep. I think she is finally starting to feel a little better though. Luckily she goes for her 6 month well visit on Monday, so the doctor will check her to make sure!!

Last weekend we took Isabella to her first basketball tournament. Her cousin Traci is in eigth grade and plays at Lincoln. Isabella loved it!! She got plenty of compliments on how adorable she is and her cousin just loved showing her off to all her friends!!

First Time at Church

Today was the first time we took Isabella to church. I was so worried that we would have such a hard time with her that we haven't been going. I didn't want to ruin the service for other. I don't know what I was worried about. She was wonderful!!! She slept for the first 20-30 minutes. After she woke up, she just took it all in, checking everyone out. Everyone commented on how beautiful she was and what a good baby!! No surprise to us :) Pastor Mike took her in front of the congregation to introduce her to everyone. To mommy's surprise, she didn't throw a fit!!

On Saturday, Bella went on her first lunch date with Mommy and Daddy to Applebee's. She enjoyed it so much that she slept most of the time we were there. She woke up about 5 minutes before we left to take it all in.
