I want everyone to meet my new best friend, Wes (as in Weslo, the eliptical brand). He is gonna kick my butt into shape and get me toned up!! So far tonight I managed to do 10 minutes, which about killed me. I didn't realize how out of shape I was. Right now I'm weighing in at around 144 but my goal weight is 130-135. My current waist size is 33 1/8 inches. Wish me luck with this journey!! I'll be sure to keep everyone posted on my progress!Until next time...

You are one hot mommy...but good luck with your goals. I gave up a long time ago..but I never had Wes at my house :) Just Dusty (my treadmill who collects..well..dust!)
